Quality Assurance - Airline Operations (QA-Ops)

Overview:

• The QA-Ops will contribute to the efficacity of the Flights Operation Department. In this respect, the QA-Ops program systematic actions such as auditing, inspections, document control, procedures, and management evaluation to provide confidence that an operational safety and airworthy aircraft are delivered and are in compliance with 14CFR OPS.
• The QA-Ops will be involved in others typical tasks of the function such as but not limited to manual revisions, FAA letters and related actions, revision and improvements of the QA tools (process procedures, etc.)
• The QA-Ops will be the link between the Flight Operations Department and Safety Dept, providing key information and updates regarding Operations safety matters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance in aviation industry.
• Previous experience in Airlines Operations / preferable Part 121.
• Experience using MS Office
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
